Chocolate Covered Dates

INGREDIENTS
- 20 dried, pitted dates
- 20 pecan halves
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 container of dark chocolate candy coating
- 1 cookie sheet
- Parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set dates on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Stuff each date with 1 pecan half and 1 tsp. of almond butter.
- Close dates firmly.
- Melt chocolate per package instructions.
- Place chocolate coating package on or next to parchment paper
- Using a fork to hold the dates, dip and coat each date in chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip back into package.
- Return coated dates to parchment paper.
- Place cookie sheet in fridge to cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
