JTA Wellness is a team of registered dietitian nutritionists who are committed to helping clients find their personal path to wellness. We practice the belief that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, it is simply a matter of controlling portion sizes and learning to balance nutrients.
A healthy diet combined with daily exercise is a powerful prescription for healthy living. Fitness is an integral part of achieving a healthy lifestyle. It is our belief that exercise is any activity you enjoy that increases your heart rate and makes you get up and move.
At JTA Wellness our goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their health. Diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, some forms of cancer, gastrointestinal disorders and obesity can often be controlled by making lifestyle changes.
