Erin Hazel RDN, LD

Hello! My name is Erin Hazel, and I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a focus on women’s health, sustainable weight loss, and chronic disease management. My mission is to improve lives through personalized dietary interventions, taking a holistic approach that empowers and supports each client on their health journey. My passion for nutritious food and sustainable practices began in my formative years working on a farm, where I learned the value of sustainable agriculture and healthy meals.
I’ve developed tailored nutrition programs that have helped my patients achieve their health goals, and I actively contribute to community wellness initiatives through workshops and seminars. My evidence-based approach, combined with a compassionate demeanor, helps me excel in my field. I make it a point to keep my clients informed about the latest research in nutrition, ensuring that it’s accessible and actionable for their everyday lives.
My journey as a dietitian is deeply rooted in my childhood experiences. Growing up surrounded by fields of fresh produce, I developed a love for cooking and enjoying nutritious meals. However, I also witnessed the struggles many people face in balancing health and lifestyle, particularly with societal pressures around body image and nutrition. This inspired me to practice in a way that addresses not only dietary needs but also nurtures mental and emotional well-being.
Outside of my professional life, I love experimenting with new recipes, hiking, and engaging with my local farming community. I believe in the power of connection—whether through sharing a meal or collaborating on health initiatives. My projects often include educational resources, recipes, and tips for sustainable living, all aimed at inspiring others to embrace a healthier lifestyle. With my warm and approachable style, I invite everyone to join me on the journey toward better health and well-being.
