Layer bottom of a wide-rimmed Mason jar, starting with pesto, then tomato, and pasta. Add cheese, greens, and shredded meat. Top with pine nuts, if desired, cover with lid and refrigerate overnight or until lunch time. Careful not to tip jar, or else your salad will wilt!
Once ready to eat, shake jar to combine ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
