In large Dutch oven, brown vermicelli and onion in the oil, stirring constantly for 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in chicken, chicken broth, Rotel, garlic powder, salt, cumin, cheese and Tabasco.
Pour mixture into 9 X 13 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
