Cranberry Blondies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 inch pan; set aside.
  2. In large bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to oil mixture. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
  5. Place batter in pan. Bake 25-35 minutes. Cool before slicing.
