Green Chili Mexicorn Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can sweet yellow & white corn
  • 1 (10.75 oz) canned corn with red and green peppers (Mexicorn)
  • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
  2. Before serving, sprinkle wth cayenne pepper (if desired).
  3. Serve with low-fat chips or crackers.
