Fresh Blueberry Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 t. baking powder
- ½ cup low fat milk
- 2 cups fresh peach slices
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
Instructions
- Pour butter into 2½ qt. baking dish; set aside.
- Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, and baking powder; add milk and stir until blended. Spoon over butter in baking dish; do not stir!
- Layer with fresh peaches, blueberries over batter and sprinkle evenly with remaining ½ cup sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
