Ingredients
- 2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons water
- â…“ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add additional water if needed.
- Garnish with additional parsley and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, if desired. Serve alongside fresh vegetables, pita bread, or your favorite grilled meats. Use within 3 days.
