Berry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat sugar free vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups berries, fresh or frozen (your favorite or a mixture)
- 4 Tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoon orange juice
Instructions
- Blend together yogurt, berries, honey and orange juice until smooth.
- Pour mixture evenly into 6 small Dixie cups (filling up ¾ of the way).
- Place cups into a shallow baking dish. Cover dish plastic wrap and using a knife make small slits over each cup.
- Slip a wooden popsicle stick through the wrap and into a cup.
- Place dish into freezer for at least 3-4 hours. Remove plastic wrap and peel off the cup to reveal your yogurt pop!
