Granola & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup sliced fruit (strawberries, pineapple, blueberries)
Instructions
  1. Place ¼ cup of the yogurt in the bottom of two glasses or parfait dishes.
  2. Top with one tablespoon granola.
  3. Top with ¼ cup of the sliced fruit.
  4. Repeat the layers and top with fresh fruit.
