Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup black bean dip
- 12 oz. thinly sliced peppered deli roast beef
- ½ cup mashed avocado
- ½ cup chunky salsa
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- To prepare wraps, make an assembly line with the ingredients. Spread each tortilla with ¼ of each ingredient: start with black bean dip, add beef, avocado, salsa and cheese.
- Roll up like a burrito and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator until ready to pack in lunchbox.
