Crispy Crunchy Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 2 TBSP cooking oil
- 3-4 t seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Set aside.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Spread out on paper towels and rub to dry. Discard any loose skins.
- Spread dried chickpeas on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring half way through.
- Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with oil and seasoning. Return chickpeas to baking sheet and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
