Sriracha Spice Tuna Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) packets albacore tuna
- 2 eggs
- 1 large potato, peeled, boiled, and mashed
- ¼ cup onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine tuna, eggs, potato, onion, bell pepper and Sriracha sauce. Mix together and form into 2” wide, 1” thick patties to make a total of 12 patties; set aside.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush grill surface with oil to prevent sticking. Sear patties 3-5 minutes, per side.
Optional: Top with Sriracha sauce (recipe below) and sliced cucumber.
Sauce:
- Combine Sriracha and mayo in a small bowl. Mix till well blended.
- Serve on top of Sriracha Tuna Patties & top with sliced cucumber.
