Ingredients
- 2 cups (11.5 ounces) extra dark chocolate chips (70% cacao if possible)
- 2 T chopped roasted almonds
- 2 T chopped dried cherries (or other dried fruit)
- Sea salt (to taste if desired)
Instructions
- Line 8 ½ x 12 inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips by placing in microwave safe container. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue until completely melted or about 1 ½ minutes total.
- Immediately spread in an even layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle chopped almonds and dried cherries evenly across top. Press lightly into the chocolate. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
- Chill until firm. Cut into 1 x 2 inch pieces to serve.
