The program begins January 13, 2015 and includes:

  • 6 week telephonic webinar series
  • 30 minute individual telephonic wrap up session with Dr. Sawyer-Morse
  • JTA Wellness weekly e-newsletter with delicious recipes, healthy food product recommendations and balanced living tips

The telephone webinar will be held from 5:30-6:30pm CST for 6 consecutive weeks starting January 13th and running through February 17th.
