Ingredients
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup light sour cream
- ½ teaspoon each paprika & garlic salt
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced into ¼-inch slices
- 6 (1 oz) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 8 slices (about ½ pound) lean ham, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 20 (Ritz-type) crackers, crushed
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir together soup, wine, sour cream and seasonings; set aside.
- Spread cooked rice evenly in 9x13-inch glass baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top rice with layer of chicken, cheese, ham and pour sauce over all.
- In small bowl, stir together melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over top of sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
