Last Saturday, JTA partnered with TPT Personal Training and hosted a fitness class lead by the rewound trainer, Andy Travis. The workout was a combination of indoor and outdoor exercises and left participants energized and feeling great! Interval training allowed each person to self-pace and complete as many repetitions as possible within the designated time. JTA clients who attended, loved the challenge!
