  • 3 graham cracker squares + 2 Laughing Cow Light Cinnamon Cream Cheese
  • 2 Dove Dark Chocolate Squares + 6 almonds
  • 1 toasted mini cinnamon swirl bagel + 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Yasso Frozen Coconut Greek Yogurt Bar
  • 8 animal crackers dipped in 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 slice whole grain toast + 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ banana – peeled, roll in Greek yogurt, chopped pecans & place in freezer
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese blended with 1 lite fruit cup, drained and one container of sugar-free jello
