Baked Salmon w/Goat Cheese & Toasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into four even pieces
- 1 (4 oz) package goat cheese with basil and garlic
- ¼ cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- In shallow baking pan, place salmon pieces skin side down.
- Spread cheese over top of salmon; press pecans into cheese.
- Bake salmon for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish just begins to flake.
