Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 (6 oz) container vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon each honey and lemon juice
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 medium red apple, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup green grapes
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pack in single serving air-tight containers, and chill thoroughly.
