Creamy Chicken & Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 6 (5 oz) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 3 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request soup (I use a mixture of cream of mushroom, chicken and celery)
- 1 soup can water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom dry soup mix
Instructions
- Pour rice in bottom of 9 X 13-inch baking dish; pour 1 can of soup and ½ can water over it. Mix well.
- Place chicken breasts on top of rice and soup mixture.
- Combine other 2 cans of soup, ½ can of water and dry soup mixture. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
