Fruited Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 2½ cups left over turkey, cooked and cubed
- 1½ cups red seedless grapes
- 1 cup celery
- ⅓ cup green onions (optional)
- ¾ cup low-fat miracle whip
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup pecan pieces
Instructions
- Combine miracle whip, milk and salt; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour dressing over chicken mixture, and toss gently.
- Serve in lettuce leaves with assorted crackers.
