Strawberry Coconut Nests

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package light cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (13 oz) Angel food cake
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) carton lite whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Slice cake into 12 slices; set aside.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  3. Frost top and sides of cake slices with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with coconut.
  4. In small bowl, combine sliced strawberries with ¼ cup sugar; set aside.
  5. At serving time, press indention in center of cake slice. Spoon on starwberries and top
  6. with a dollop of whipped topping.
