Fresh Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • 2 cups fresh peach slices
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Pour butter into 2½ qt. baking dish; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, and baking powder; add milk and stir until blended. Spoon over butter in baking dish; do not stir!
  3. Layer with fresh peaches, blueberries over batter and sprinkle evenly with remaining ½ cup sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
